Very friendly staff Not the normal corporate clinical feel of higher end brand showrooms

Initial diag at Yeovil as limited availability at Dorchester. Work was then carried out at Dorch but took from Thurs to Monday as wrong part ordered. Staff very friendly & courtesy car provided without charge but very inconvenient. Very inefficient.

Staff were very friendly and very accommodating in the timing of the service. I had a text letting me know when car went into workshop and a phone call from Caroline to let me know car was ready to collect.

Drop off and collection times restricted - as the times did not make it easy to drop off and return to work for an 08:00 meeting Dropped the car off on the Saturday to work around the issue
